Heard that too... right from a couple of guys in the unit that were asked to pick a precinct! Wonderful... more disgruntled guys... but hey... my job (patrol) is the same as it was last year... and the year before! It seems that even after the SOA signed off on the lag Levy is still eliminating positions... and if I'm not mistaken the LT in warrants is a union guy.... this is yet another slap at the SOA who, after caving in, are being reminded that they're just Levy's bitch now!

Also heard that Dic standby pay is being eliminated, I guess the PC and the CE figure guys will "be on call" for the OT without standby pay. Yet another union that's being "rewarded" for caving in... nice going boyz!!!!

I'm sure both union members are kicking themselves for giving up the 10 days!

not a rumor, it is now a fact; and as someone who regrets voting to take the lag payroll, I agree, don't cave in pba. Levy and Dormer are total scum and cannot be trusted. Bend over and they will ram it up your ass.

What are warrants good for a body a day? If thats 10 warrants guys sent to the relief pen of patrol thats over 2k arrests.
Who is going to pick up the slack?
How about cutting a job or 2 that doesnt impact public safety? Like a few chiefs, asst chiefs etc?
