Can anyone inform me how I can get a copy of the last Park police contract? And don't say the union because they seem to not want to give it up.

File A FOIA Request. Maybe then you can see if you are being taken advantage of.

Who is asking?

"Who is asking"? Some sh!t stirring moron thats who! Probably someone who is not even a member of this bargaining unit - that's who! Maybe the SCPBA . . . maybe . . .

Who cares though, whatever they write in here doesn't matter as the contract is done and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Carry on!

Wow, testy! Maybe it is just one of your members who wants a print copy of their contract. Do not sling $*!% keep it in your own house. I guess if your union isn't giving you guys copies of your contract, especially after you repeatedly ask for them, then perhaps you should VOTE FOR CHANGE AND HOPE. Or just go day to day not knowing what benefits and protections you have working under a contract, just take their word for it.

maybe the contract should be distributed to all members and you don't have to guess who is asking

I Guess that the UNION "LEADERSHIP" or lack thereof is hoping that by being quiet and ignoring this that maybe it will just go away. I want a copy of the contract as well, we are getting memos from management telling us when we are entitled to recall hours and when we are not, we are having accruals kicked back by the main office. I want to read for myself what I am entitled to.

I don't know why its so difficult for the union to just give everyone a copy of the contract. That's what happens when you have shitty union leaders. For all you know you can be getting screwed out of money, days off and who knows whatever else
